Located in the eastern foothills of Albuquerque's Sandia Mountains, our 30-acre campus offers state-of-the-art facilities in a serene natural setting.
Black Box Theater
Whether we are developing new show segments, rehearsing ahead of a tour, or having a creative jam session, our black box theater is our playground and the soil in which our creative ideas germinate.
Private Lodging
Private lodging is available for our artists in residency and interns for the duration of their stay in the community. We have several buildings on our 30-acre property and multiple lodging types available.

Health Facilities
We believe that a healthy foundation allows for greater creativity and productivity. Guests enjoy access to some of the latest health technologies, including an infrared sauna, red light therapy, a hydro-massage bed, rebounders, vibration plates, and more.

A central gathering place of our community is our 'Great Room' rehearsal space, with a full-band setup and BLANK sound system/light system...
Nature Trails
Explore the curated nature trails that wind through the juniper and piñon pine forests on the property or enjoy the solitude of the national forest trails just a 10-minute walk from campus. The incredible hiking trails of the Sandia Mountains are a short drive away.
